Links in receipt emails expire after 7 days for security. Sign in and download from My library instead. If a file still fails, open a ticket with your order number.

Most templates use free Google Fonts. Each download includes a fonts guide with links. Install the fonts, restart the app and reopen the file.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. All prices are in USD; your bank converts the amount if you pay in another currency.

Open a ticket, choose "Refund request" and include your order number. Refunds are available within 14 days when a file is faulty or not as described. See the refund policy for details.

Yes. Every order includes a receipt. If you need your company name or tax number on it, open a ticket with the details and we will send an updated invoice.

Personal covers your own business and projects. Choose Commercial if you will use the template for client work or share it across a team of up to 10 people.

Yes. Open a ticket with your order number and we will upgrade you for the difference in price.

No. You can check out with just your email. An account is created automatically so you can find your files later in My library.

Open a ticket from your current email address and tell us the new one. We will move your library and order history.
